At VivaCuerpo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
60-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery, provided that the item was not purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging included. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
⚠️ Please do not send any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item for personal reasons (for example, if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs, including courier or handling fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vivacuerpo-us.com
We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety or customization reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., beauty, cosmetics)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@vivacuerpo-us.com and our team will guide you through the process.
If your original purchase included promotional or free gift item(s), only the purchased products are eligible for exchange - free or gifted items cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please note that handling fees might apply (as per the Shipping Policy).
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@vivacuerpo-us.com
Important Legal Notes
- Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
- Returned items that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy may be rejected or sent back to the customer.
- Only returns received at the designated return address will be processed. Until the package is received and inspected at that address, VivaCuerpo bears no responsibility for loss, damage or delay in transit - the sender remains responsible.
